We will coordinate structural, mechanical, plumping, and electrical plans with the architects and discuss design goals. If you are already working with an architect, we will collaborate with you both on any other design considerations. If you do not have an architect, NewForm Builders can recommend some of the most talented and prominent in the field who we personally vet.
During this stage, we will tour the space, take measurements and photos, and review your desired changes. Once your plans are approved, we will work with our designer and construction team to establish a detailed written estimate and project timeline to give you an accurate idea of costs and timing.
In addition to discussing value-engineering, where we explore alternate methods and materials, our team will also manage the entire permitting process, from acquiring the appropriate permits and applications to permit drawings.
Once the design is finalized, the next step of our design-build process kicks off with a pre-construction meeting to ensure that you and our partners are all aligned. Project construction then begins with you in close communication every step of the way via digital updates from our project management software.
Lastly, we will conduct a final walk-through to address any of your questions or concerns before clearing the job site.
