Privacy Rights for California Residents

This privacy rights policy describes the categories of personal information we collect from our users, the technology, process, and business use of collecting personal information, the categories of third parties with whom we may share it, and the rights you have regarding the personal information. California residents have the right to request that Uday Designs Global disclose what personal information it collects, uses, discloses, or sells.Uday Designs does not sell your personal information to third parties without your prior consent. California residents also have the right to request the deletion of their personal information collected or maintained by Uday Designs .

You can also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. Prior to responding to your request, we will verify your identity by matching any requested identifying information you provide against the information we have about you. You or your authorized agent can request: disclosure of your personal information we collect, use, disclose, or sell; to delete your personal information we collect, or maintain; to opt-out of the sale of your personal information. Requests to Know and Requests to Delete

You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will disclose to you:

If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with Uday Designs , you have the right to request the removal of unwanted information that you publicly post on the Service.
